Hi there, just wanna ask for GX50, the speed is 5Mbps right? idk why i went to test speed in the app and it showed 20+Mbps for download, did Umobile upgrade the speed?

Searched on ecommerce website, saw some shop offered to keep old number on new prepaid sim card but then the gx30/38 plan is not included, if i buy that, can i still subscribe to gx38 plan on my own?

It's not that I can't sub to gx38, but the gx38 that I already paid for disappeared.

There was a similar bug in September. App shows "you currently do not have any add-ons purchased" even though I just renewed few days ago.

See I'm not the only one affected.

Gx68 got no 5g?

DNB already told us, the minimum speed of 5G is 100mbps.. cannot brain if someone still said about speed cap below 10mbps..

I have a question, I am now using yoodo but being an NVMO, there are some carrier features don't carry over from celcom e.g. WiFi Calling.

I am interested in the new prepaid U40, would all the carrier features be available to me? VOLTE, Wifi calling etc.

I am using an iphone.

I mean how can we be sure the one we are purchasing is the GX prepaid?

Is anyone using prepaid U40 plan for hotspot through a modem (like Huawei B618, tp-link etc etc)?

The U40 plan includes hotspot but it doesn't work on my Huawei B618 (not modded). I checked APN was set correctly.

Edit: 😄 found out that U mobile plans doesn’t support hotspot through non-smartphones.
