Plan to get a refurnished laptop for normal daily use ....... websurfing, paperwork.

Majority are Intel 4th generation i5 or i7 processors, is it adviseable to get 3-4 years old model with budget below 1500?

Preferable weight is below 1.5kg, screen about 13-14 inch, 128-256G SSD.

No one can guarantee that it will tahan 4-5 years

Refer to my regular laptop list, make sure you got 8GB RAM and SSD

Ermm but i think it's hardly to get 8gb + SSD with budget maximum 2.5k, no?

Lenovo Ideapad 320s-14IKBR +RAM+SSD
Note that it has only 1 RAM slot and only support NVMe drive

Recommendations of laptop for students at a budget of RM4k
Prefer 14 inch screen, good battery life and of course not so heavy.

Currently thinking of getting Zenbook UX433 , but is there any good option available ? Thanks

Usage? Min how many hours of battery life? Mind low sRGB display and non-upgradable RAM?

I'm looking for a gaming notebook with a RTX2060 and preferably i7 8750H. What options do I have with good cooling solution?
I have 3 requirements ,
-> It has to support Oculus Rift VR headset. Means no Nvidia Optimus. If HDMI port connected directly to Intel GPU, Oculus Rift wont work.
-> Intel LAN port and Wifi adaptor with 2X2 if possible
-> 15 inch screen thin bezel if possible. 60hz also can accept.
No budget limit at this time.
I have looked at few of these notebooks. No Asus notebooks please. I had terrible after sales service from them before .

Illegear Onyx

MSI GL 63 8SE 098MY

Many Ultrabook with high sRGB display don't have upgradable RAM...so which would you want to sacrifice?

Yea. Don't care about battery life. Weight under 2.5kg is okay.

If you don't want Optimus and want under 2.5kg, go for Lenovo Legion Y740 15 (Lenovo Malaysia website didn't mention GSYNC but it should have it)
