i7 just in case for heavy usage and also future proofing
*
there is no future proofing when every year a new gen processor come out.. i5-8300h is more than enuf tbh...

i7-8750h unless u hardcore gaming or computing... in which u will need to use a external strong fan to cool the thing down oso...

if u go for 8750h laptop.. ming as well u build an ITX PC.. cheaper

Illegear Raven - optional 144Hz iPS
Commandos Glock 5 - optional 300 nits 72% NTSC IPS
Lenovo Legion Y530 81FV016UMJ
Dell G7

Why must i7 though, i5 CFL-H is sufficient for your usage

apart from refresh rate, why should one upgrade a Raven's display to the 144 Hz version?

Hi guys, been researching on ultrabooks and came across this model ASUS zenbook 14 ux433.

Any comments on this particular model or have better alternatives around this price tag?

Have seen mixed reviews on the ASUS laptops and not sure on its QC as I plan to use it for longer term

Personally I would opt for Thinkpad. Since you've mentioned long term. I am assuming that the price is around RM 4000 or so

Consider T-series or X280 , sure you'll not get the best specs for that price but Thinkpads are known to be durable and lasts pretty long.....

Probably DFO for the 7380. Would like to avoid the inspiron (or any "home user" series from dell). Bad experience with the build quality.

Hi, sorry for asking again. Cuz there's problem encountered on my side.

My question is, will there any much difference between HP Envy 13 - AD102TU and HP Envy 13 AH1027TX? aside from the difference in graphic card.

Is Envy 13-AD 102TU a good choice?
