I think you only can do this with managed switch / only specific routers can do that. So far Mikrotik is the most cost efficient way

Same here. I overpaid my bills too. Almost RM 200 over for 30 Mbps while others paying the same for 800 Mbps with Turbo upgrade. Been arguing all the time say we will upgrade you to higher speed but there's no price reduction. They didn't give the assurance that I will receive the same speed as others because when they said" We will upgrade you to higher speed" can be treated as Turbo Upgrade

Check your port speed, whether is 100M or 1000M, and make sure your LAN port support gigabit

So after some escalation mails, a girl from TM called me to inform that

I am paying RM 199 for 30 Mbps and will only get Turbo to 300 Mbps which I am not satisfied since other users got 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps. She asked to provide evidence to show her because she don't believe.

Anyone mind to share their ORDER ID / Bills / screenshot that proved the above without revealing your name ?

On hindsight, I think CFM is more efficient because they replied my email the 1st time I emailed them (since MCMC wasn't replying) I read here that some people tried contacting TM/MCMC to get a price adjustment similar to what another customer is getting.. for instance, the 100MBps RM189 RYE2017 (retention year end) campaign..  and TM will practically ask them "show me the account if it exists"
Well for my case I already showed them my FIL's accounts. In fact I have full access to them on the Unifi portal.
They didn't even comment on it, not even a "no we cannot give the same price as that account". Probably didn't want to put their answer in black and white so the best thing to do is taichi by giving a non related answer.

Latest update is they are trying to get TM to give a firm answer.. if I'm not satisfied with what they call the 'final solution', they will arrange for a meet up rclxub.gif I agreed.

I have recalled and edited my mail numerous time, and hope this time will be final. I can't think off how to be any nicer already. According to the MSAP the price for 30 Mbps before Turbo or 300 Mbps after turbo should be at RM 139 only, which means TM have to either upgrade me to 500 or give me price reduction and back dated rebate

Guys update on my issue. TM Customer Service Manager actually didn't finish reading my email. All the while my issue was misunderstood as customer need to wait too long for Turbo upgrade, but actually I am raising I was actually not paying accordingly.,

I am so so speechless. Took them so long to get my message. My account got Turbo just now (their estimation is 2 weeks) after plenty pf escalation mails. The fact is this doesn't end yet until I know how much I am going to pay every month since MSAP for 300 Mbps is only RM 139 and I paid 200+ for my previous 30 Mbps subscription

I didn't request for expedition directly. I just highlighted and escalate TM for over charging me. What I am paying now RM 199, other customers paying the same for 800 Mbps. They only use the word Turbo to ignore everything

I never ask for expedition. I just highlight my frustration in overpaying ( big gap in terms of speed and price with other customers)
