Went on LiveChat, put on the comment section "Either upgrade my line to 800Mbps immediately or rebate my package payment to RM129 for the 100Down/50Up I'm getting right now."". Pasted the same thing on LiveChat. CS pasted the same regurgitated pilot phase bla bla bla", "upgraded in stages" bla bla bla, I copypasted that ""Either upgrade my line to 800Mbps immediately or rebate my package payment to RM129 for the 100Down/50Up I'm getting right now." Two can play that copy-pasting game. tongue.gif

You dont wanna see "My Activity" tab. It's a long scroll down. After 8 or 9 report tickets, finally saw "unifi 800Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018)" today on Dashboard, the usual bullshit (recycle power down BTU and router, bla bla bla), and I get........200Mbps upload, and 200Mbps download? Currently in another round of blasting those poor sods at LiveChat with more of my nasty replies, with them giving the usual "we already escalate a report to our technical team to check on the speed issue.will expedite your request & feedback to you as soon as possible" copypaste scripted replies, and I simply copypasted my own replies with slipping in more nasty choice of swear words in side. They can test my patience with this upgrade process, I can test theirs as well. Else it's easy, transfer me to someone who can do something about this (read: someone in Technical for example), otherwise I wouldn't be blasting these clueless CS idiots nastily like what I'm doing now.

Inb4 "blasting them doesn't work, they just file report and copypaste replies". Not entirely true, yes, these morons at LiveChat are just idiotic lackeys with instructions to post scripted, copypasted responses, but since I've got that 800Mbps package reflected onto my Dashboard, I'd say my swearing/blasting them with nasty remarks works. And for information, I was slated for Jan 2019 upgrade window. But I'm not taking any of their bullshit when I saw how much I'm overpaying versus what new and other customers are paying now for what I'm getting right now (100Down/50up). No sirree, I'm not gonna take that face down.

Be back later, currently in another round of copypasting reply "war" with another of their idiotic CS personnel on LiveChat. If he/she can't take the heat from my swearing and nasty remarks anymore and disconnects, I feedback zero, and comment section put the "I’m not getting my 800mbps speed. Only getting 150-200Down/150-200Up. Fix this. " comment. Then reconnect to the next moron in Livechat, rinse repeat.

The way I'm seeing it, I'm doing them a favor. Coz if they push me to see them face-to-face at a TMPoint near me, I may just pop a vein on my forehead and yell at their collective faces in public. Saves everyone that unpleasant scene doing it this way (Livechat, open report ticket, get phonecall from Complaints department, yell at them, rinse repeat). We'll just see whose patience will wear thin first. tongue.gif

EDIT: ROFLMAO, just as I finished typing this, the CS on LiveChat gave up and disconnected from me. Feedback rating "zero", copypaste in comment, and reconnect again. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! biggrin.gif

You are right, im also shocked at the amount of TM ugly truths I dug up solely on this forum alone. I based my arguments for complaint and negotiations entirely on this forum alone. Just when I thought voncrane is extreme enough alr, u take it to a whole new level. Im fighting for either 100mbps@rm99 or 300mbps@rm129 or 30mbps at no quota for rm79, all at no contract refresh atm, yet to decide, most important thing is give me value that match my money!

not sure if they get additional discount after getting the turbo upgrade because that seems to be the pattern.. others have shared their experience here, plus it happened to 1 of my accounts, as well as 3 of my FIL's accounts.

discount increase after turbo, from my experience (in the unifi portal it will be shown as promo perpetual discount)
RM80 becomes RM100
RM100 becomes RM130

Deduct these amounts from the original base price of 100Mbps, which is RM299 excluding hypptv

I believe 1 guy here with ultimate pack managed to removed his redundant tv pack (aneka ruby or varnam) and got his monthly down to RM159 and still eligible for turbo... ? forgot his name

Which adds to their aggravation, agitation and haste to disconnect from continuing their conversation with me.

At that stage I've already memorised all their standard greetings and responses I can recite them my memory. Click! They disconnected.

Harsh truth can be brutal. But they're covering the asses of the persons who are the real target of my anger, and since these CSOs don't wanna give them up,.......*shrugs*. Casualty of war, collateral damage. Everyone loses. They lose their dignity, I lose my sanity bit by bit, as well as losing RM170 for this month's bill for their delay tactics and overcharging versus the current 100Mbps new signups. While the real villain escaped unscathed.
