Went on LiveChat, put on the comment section "Either upgrade my line to 800Mbps immediately or rebate my package payment to RM129 for the 100Down/50Up I'm getting right now."". Pasted the same thing on LiveChat. CS pasted the same regurgitated pilot phase bla bla bla", "upgraded in stages" bla bla bla, I copypasted that ""Either upgrade my line to 800Mbps immediately or rebate my package payment to RM129 for the 100Down/50Up I'm getting right now." Two can play that copy-pasting game.
You dont wanna see "My Activity" tab. It's a long scroll down. After 8 or 9 report tickets, finally saw "unifi 800Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018)" today on Dashboard, the usual bullshit (recycle power down BTU and router, bla bla bla), and I get........200Mbps upload, and 200Mbps download? Currently in another round of blasting those poor sods at LiveChat with more of my nasty replies, with them giving the usual "we already escalate a report to our technical team to check on the speed issue.will expedite your request & feedback to you as soon as possible" copypaste scripted replies, and I simply copypasted my own replies with slipping in more nasty choice of swear words in side. They can test my patience with this upgrade process, I can test theirs as well. Else it's easy, transfer me to someone who can do something about this (read: someone in Technical for example), otherwise I wouldn't be blasting these clueless CS idiots nastily like what I'm doing now.
Inb4 "blasting them doesn't work, they just file report and copypaste replies". Not entirely true, yes, these morons at LiveChat are just idiotic lackeys with instructions to post scripted, copypasted responses, but since I've got that 800Mbps package reflected onto my Dashboard, I'd say my swearing/blasting them with nasty remarks works. And for information, I was slated for Jan 2019 upgrade window. But I'm not taking any of their bullshit when I saw how much I'm overpaying versus what new and other customers are paying now for what I'm getting right now (100Down/50up). No sirree, I'm not gonna take that face down.

The way I'm seeing it, I'm doing them a favor. Coz if they push me to see them face-to-face at a TMPoint near me, I may just pop a vein on my forehead and yell at their collective faces in public. Saves everyone that unpleasant scene doing it this way (Livechat, open report ticket, get phonecall from Complaints department, yell at them, rinse repeat). We'll just see whose patience will wear thin first.
