2) I went straight to look for the lady (waited her for a while as she has gone for lunch, her supervisor called her back laugh.gif), she apologised. OK la. I kept my calm. Then, quickly checked the status in system and she said got email my account will be upgraded in 24H. I will get an order ID soon.
3) This time she gave me her personal contact no. and will WhatsApp me later.

I hope I won't need to go back for the fourth time. doh.gif

One thing they always bear in mind, HIGHER value can NEVER be had at LOWER monthly fee. However, they allow SAME value at LOWER monthly fee. Customers ended serving commitment period, can migrate to whichever deal they deem fit and desirable at NO compromise[no term renewal, no penalty for both downgrade n upgrade].
The same applies for those still serving commitment period, difference is when they downgrade[reduce price], renew subs term.
Point is, those still serving minimum subs period need to stick with same price but offered speed upgrade. If you sit back, relax and do nothing, time will settle the rest for you, u no need 2 be proactive.

TLDR:
- 15 days, to be completed in
- auto adjust deal, unless stated otherwise to ensure u get best value for money
- minimal effort required for deal migration(option provided in their online account portal), no need go to shop physically to effect change
- no compromise required*

TM practise very consistent strategy, im vip10 confirm finish serving commitment period. At tmpoint, they want me serve another term if switched to new deal. I did request for lifting the rule, they were adamant.

Why don't you check with Live Chat if you were renewed contract.. Disregard what was said at TM Point because according to their policy they will not renew contract for customers who have finished the initial contract.

Last time i call to confirm if I have 2 or 3 month left in commitment period, cant rmbr cause lost the sign up document. The livechat minion say finish contract already...wtf. luckily infound the document. Then I call 100 to clarify, different answer. After finished serving 24 months, I call again to ask why my service start date is 2016 and 2015, they say my contract not finished yet, wtf again. When in fact the service start date is the day i receive upgrade to 10M from 5M

At your speed, no need fork out so much for a router. U cant harness and fully utilize. Imo, tplink wr941hp enough, if u want wide coverage.
