Ron Dennis tapped his shoulder, he was afraid Massa will punch his driver tongue.gif

Massa vs Alonso verbally

I never said what alonso did was right. I just said massa should take it as it is and like you said - a racing incident. Btw, its not alonso who hit his car. Its the other way round.

Added on July 23, 2007, 9:07 am

ITV commentators is not the official FIA commentator.

Added on July 23, 2007, 9:18 am

and imho when the last time massa was great in the wet? anyone can recall ?

addition to my comments on Hornet's post :

that's why i admire Hakkinen so much. He take it in his stride when anything bad happen to him. Although i'm not 100 % like Alonso ( i only support the Mclaren team), drivers like him make the F1 more interesting imho.

Simply put, he sucks in the rain...
Whether or not you accept it, the result is out...

Yeah, Massa just lose his cool there I think...
Alonso car is ahead of him by almost half a car length and yet he simply cant admit he's been overtaken and steer into Alonso car. If both DNF, guess who will visit whom garage... hahahaha.... and benefit who? Webber  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

Massa said that he had some suspension problem and his car was vibrating. During the first part heavy down pour, Massa was lapping slightly faster than Alonso

What the other forum ppl translated on Massa vs Alonso debate

http://forum.planet-f1.com/index.php?t=msg&th=53471&start=0&

Translation:
Alonso: "You broke my sidepod there..., go and have a look at it!"
Massa: "Go **** yourself! You've won and you say something like this, *******, you win and say something like this."
Alonso: "I fought with Heidfeld, i fought with everyone, but you can't do that."
Massa: (Touching Alonso) "Try to learn something"
Alonso: "You try to learn something"
Massa: "Try to learn something!"
Alonso: "Try to learn something, i fought with all the world today, and with 3 laps to go, we touch!"
Massa: (sitting on his chair) "Good job!"
Alonso: "Good job!"
Massa: (Standing up, sarcastic tone) "I did that on purpose, like i did that on porpuse in Barcelona!"
Alonso: "Ok, ok..."
Massa: (Touching Alonso) "Try to learn something"
Massa: (Looking to someone who invite him to relax) "That's him!"
Fia official: "Quiet"

2nd version
Massa: On purpose. You have done it on purpose
Alonso: On purpose was your touch.
Massa: No way!! Go take a sh1te!! (typical spanish phrase. I guess it's portuguese, italian too) You win and you behave like this!! B@st>@rd!! You win and you do something like this!! B@st>@rd!!
Alonso: That cannot be done
Massa: You must learn (tapping Fernando's back)
Alonso: You're the one who has to learn. With 3 laps to go and you almost finish fifth... wow... you did great!
Massa: Yes, yes... also I did it on purpose in Barcelona. Learn! Learn! (second light tap)
Alonso: (Gestures of happiness and smiles to the camera)
(Ron Dennis makes a gesture to Massa asking him to relax)

I believe what Massa is pissed off is because when he was weighing himself, he saw Alonso in the TV showing the no-no sign. Perhaps Massa got the wrong signal that Alonso was showing him that

Slipery road, car was vibrating and heart was beating so fast to defend your position. You have split second to decide which line to take, and 10 or 8 points is in your grab. Dear f1 fans, if you were in the shoe of Massa, what would you do in that condition? Bang him purposely and DNF?

try to defend the position and try not to touch. banging into others is a dumb thing to do. coz usually both drivers will DNF. anybody remember shumi in hungary last year ? die defending this position and end up touching their competitors and sendiri DNF .... thats a stupid thing to do. even if they overtake him, he could still take a few points, while alonso get 0.

yesterday's post race was priceless ! that's why i always said alonso is entertaining. i was hoping for them to continue shooting each other in the conference, unfortunately alonso apologized. For those who hate alonso and those who missed it, too bad for you. should i say that's the best post race in years ?

After the post race argument, I was thinking that Massa might smack Alonso with the champagne.

However, I got this weird feeling, weeks before the nurburgring race, I had a dream, where I dreamt I watch F1, and the track is totally flooded, and I dreamt a Ferrari hitting Mclaren - deja vu biggrin.gif
