how much is Apple Care ?

Another thing to my concern is, out of warranty, if do not added apple care, the resell value was worst than then local set.. Cause due to send back hk for warranty, if its water damaged.
Unless you added apple care.
Next year is iPhone 12. The impact was bad on XS.

Web browsing battery longevity is better on the X. WTH.

Not surprising. The Iphone X has a larger capacity battery compared to the Xs. No matter how optimised Apple claims IOS 12 to be, both the IPhone X and Xs are running the same IOS 12. But I dont get it why the Xs Max with larger battery would still lose to the X? So much for optimisation, Apple.

I haven’t got the chance to really spend time on web browsing but so far with casual usage like whatsapp, youtube & Safari it’s been really good. Almost 2 days without needing to recharge. Definitely better than my iPhone X.

But the antenna gate is abit worrying since I feel the XS Max doesn’t seem to ‘perform’ as advertised.

Also worth mentioning that the battery drop is slower than iPhone X, much similar to iPhone 8 Plus. Very happy with the XS Max for now, great screen + battery life.

Both network connectivity & speed. Am hoping that the XS Max would be able to at least get better signal reception than the X but unfortunately no.

Speed wise, both download & upload are very similar between the two. In fact my iPhone 8 Plus HK unit has better download speed hahaha. Maybe due to qualcomm chipset.

It's the same for the iPhone 8 Plus vs 7 Plus. The 7 Plus battery lasted longer despite Apple's claim of optimization on the 8 Plus. Hence there's no need for X owners to go to Xs, unless you want the screen estate of the Xs Max.
