1) Dettol handwash at RM0.90
2) QBB 800g ghee x2 at RM24.60
3) Harpic Bundlepack 4x 500ml at RM10.50 (with 800 coins cashback)

Paid zero shipping.

All in pay RM35 (after redeeming 1,200 coins, and earning 800 coins).

The QBB single 800g is at ~RM50, not sure how come Shopee supermarket was selling at RM18.99. I bought 2 (with RM5 shop discount and 25% coins redemption) totalling RM24.60. Hopefully Shopee will honour the purchase if it was due to a pricing error.

I checkout at 8:00:01pm and the 1,300 already finished, same with FSV. How come like that?

I didn’t get 1,300 at noon either. But got two 800 coins vouchers and 5 FSV during the day

None of my 5 orders yesterday been picked up. Very strange, most times it's picked up later the same day or by the second day

Dettol and Harpic not shipped. Others have been shipped

Tonight haul very good. Got Vinda 88% RM20 off (bought 16-rolls Deluxe toilet paper @ RM7.42 with additional 500 coins cashback); Super 88% RM5 off (bought 18-pack 2in1 roasted white coffee @6.66 with additional 500 coins cashback); Nivea 88% RM5 off from Spin-n-Win game (Fresh Blends shower gel @ RM6.33 with additional 742 coins cashback).

Somehow I was hoping to get the Nivea shower gel, was eyeing it for my partner, so basically got 3 items I really wanted at under RM10 net spending.

Funny at midnight and noon, FSV a lot and never run out. I come at 8.05pm, all gone already

Wrong, at midnight I used two 500 coins cash back (all sellers) and one 800 coins cash back (cash back seller) vouchers. With 3 different FSV.

You’re right though, noon time less coins cash back voucher. Didn’t have 800 coins voucher at noon.

Anyways best time to buy is almost always midnight, except maybe extra special days, only then worth to bother with 8pm.

Yes, some stores even have RM10 (Dettol and Kellogg) and some RM20 even (Vinda and Colgate). These are the ones I got before. Need to be absolutely on the dot only then can get.

I recall was it 11.11 or 12.12, the RM5 seller voucher appeared two or three times during the day, the second and third times being random timings.

Yes random restocks, and also some stores (particularly those “fulfilled by Shopee” stores) will have crazy offers like 70% coins cash back capped at 1,200 coins that can be stacked with Shopee coins cash backs. Got numerous products for “free” this way. Plus Shopee has tendency to give some small free gift items, min spend RM1. Again, this is all applicable to “fulfilled by Shopee” stores, and applicable to consumer brands, I.e. household and grocery items.

If an item is successfully refunded on Shopee, is the Shopee coins used also supposed to be refunded?

One of my order is refunded, but didn’t get back Shopee coins used.

I just got this tracking update for a relatively large order:

"Delivery service provider reported that the parcel has been damaged".

Items purchased from Shopee Supermarket and delivered by Shopee Express. Have gotten nearly 100 parcels from Shopee over the past 12 months, never experienced such thing before.

Shopee says I need to wait 3 days to request for a refund, then a further 14 days for the refund to be processed. They can't resend me the order.

How is this fair to us as a consumer? They f-ed up, they should clear the mess. Now, it's unnecessary headache having to chase a refund and need to repurchase the items.

I feel in such cases Shopee should either:

1) Allow customer to request for a refund immediately, and then seller (also Shopee in this case) should grant the refund immediately.
2) Resend the order to customer

Damn bloody pissed with nonsense like this

Today have got 5 unused FSV after making 3 orders

Untrue. All my checkout today (non Supermarket orders) are with non-Shopee Express. Two J&T, one Poslaju, one Citylink. Zero issues during checkout and applying FSV
