I order 2 x of an item.
Seller only shipped 1 x item using Shopee delivery, they shipped another item with a separate delivery outside of Shopee system.
Is that acceptable?

Did you do anything at all that could be tantamount to "abuse"? Like using vouchers to buy the same thing on 3 different accounts?
The fact that you have more than 1 account is already a sign of abuse man.

The Shopee Live 68% off voucher can't be used. even when I use it on the dot at 2pm. Early at 12 noon and 10am also the same thing.
Is it a bots thing, or I am too slow, or account is soft-banned?
Anyone got to use it? I only got to use it the first day (30th) twice.

Has anyone returned a clothing item on Shopee before? The item is unused and with all its tags and original packaging.
1. How easy is it to return? What's the process like?
2. How to package the return item? Do you need to pay the courier for the packaging etc?
3. When will you get the refund?
4. Has Shopee/Seller ever rejected the return - if yes, why?
