If refund items due to item not arriving within the shipping window, what happens? Anyone got any experience? Item stuck at one location for over a week, last day of window was yesterday. Shopee guarantee ends in 3 days. Issue is with shipping company, not seller.

1. What happen to RM1 spend = 1 shopee coin?
2. What does 15% coins cashback tag mean? I see this on 6.6, 7.7, 8.8, 9.9...but the coins cashback is still only 10%, right? |

Guys I ordered a clothes rack on Tuesday evening from Shopee.
Sellers says will post by Friday. Today I message seller, he says they "on vacation" for 2 weeks. Should I cancel the order? I used lots of coins and also promo voucher for it... What should I do in this case? |

Quite shit I couldn't apply the 111% 700 coins voucher at shortly after 8pm. Kept saying can't apply code or something to that effect. Topped up shopeepay wallet...

Any downside to use SPayLater? Seems like a lot of vouchers now.

Any reason why Shopee is pushing COD payments (with the daily RM0 free shipping and 30-5 vouchers)? Seems a bit regressive

I'm curious how does it compare to a normal free shipping voucher. 1) Is it capped to one order per voucher, or 3 (as per the standard free shipping voucher), or more? 2) Is it strictly only for RM15 free shipping products? What about RM0 free shipping and RM40 free shipping products? 3) Is it strictly min spend RM15 to qualify for zero cost shipping? Or on campaign days, does it go down to RM0/RM12 etc? Thanks! |
