Shopee FSV sometimes really sucks man. What's the point of advertising big banner for the 4pm Jom Lokal promo when both FSV and coins cashback voucher run out within a second? I wanted to check out at Sharp 4:00:00pm, it already said there is error with the code. WTFFFFFFF

Checked out at 12mn sharp, kept receiving errors. Tried again a few mins later, finally can but by then the 50% and 95% off vouchers ran out!!

Sometimes it is automatic, but nowadays most times need a manual refund request. I’m not sure what has changed.

What you mean given free? No such thing. If item actual price is RM10 and you paid RM7.5 with cash and RM2.5 with coins, the coins should be refunded. It’s so damn troublesome I agree, but just message them again and ask for it back. So far no agent t9ld me the coins are given free so no refund.

I bought a cordless vacuum from Airbot. However, the actual product specs (battery capacity, dust cup capacity, and suction power among others) is all DIFFERENT than what is stated on the seller's page.

Shopee has auto granted a refund, but I have to travel some ways to drop it off.

Any other option? Can I get Shopee/Airbot to take it from me since they're the ones scamming? I just feel it is scummy. I wish I can leave a review to warn other buyers.

I bought an Airbox Supersonics Max vacuum, the specs listed on their page is COMPLETELY WRONG! All the specs are inferior. Smaller cup capacity, smaller battery capacity, heavier handheld weight, lower output power...and the list goes on.

How can Shopee allow a company to completely mislead with their product advertisement?????

What happens if you select self-collection but didn't pick up within the 1 week period?

1) Order cancelled AND payment refunded
2) Order cancelled but payment NOT refunded

Seriously, the Shopee FSV and coins cashback REALLY REALLY useless. Within 1 second, gone. But the UI will take a while to reflect that.

Sometimes though, the FSV and coins berlambak...but when you actually need it, always disappoints.

Don't you think it is wrong for them to advertise with the HUGE ASS "Free Shipping" or "100% Coins Cashback" banner on the homepage, when it was gone in a matter of seconds? And yet, this banner will stay on until 2pm (FSV) or 12mn (coins cashback), potentially misleading customers.

Are you 100% sure? I don't believe that's true. Cause I check with my family member's phone (who barely use Shopee, maybe once in months), the voucher does also run out within a minute or two (based on the % used in the UI).

Again, the issue is, the UI takes time to update. The voucher may run out within a few seconds, but the UI won't reflect it until a minute or two later, sometimes even longer.

And not to say always I can't get. It's more like 50-50. Or maybe, a bit lesser than 50-50 these days...

EDIT: If there is a capping for the "active accounts", what proof is there of this? What are the limits? Is it legal/fair? Anything in Shopee T&C say cannot use vouchers frequently? Also, not like I am buying everyday also. A few times a week sometimes, other times can go by 2 weeks without buying anything.

EDIT 2: Also, I just tested, the 70% 400 coins Thursday cashback voucher works, I can check out with that. So if there is a capping, it applies only to some vouchers, not all?

Wtf now self-collection is min RM3.50?????

Can anyone confirm this? Earlier at 12 noon I was able to use both FSV. One sharp at 12 noon, then other around 10 mins later.

Until now, I've not seen the proof of flagging.

If you're super fast, you will get it. Sometimes, the 1,300 or 800 or 500 coins are "boosted", means even after 10 mins or 1 hour, still got. But most of the times, will run out within a minute, sometimes within seconds if very limited quantity.

As for FSV, less active accounts definitely got more FSV to use, as they don't use their normal quota. Also, less active accounts will get bonus FSV credited to their accounts from time to time.

I can't see/claim the Friday FSV voucher. Anyone else too?
