Coins have expiry date not sure how long, u will be notified via shopee in-app notifications few days before expiry.

Yes! Very good info, most prob those aren't Mall/Preferred seller items. And there was min spending in order to enjoy the cashback.

To to add on the coins are valid for 3 months.

what can we do if the seller haven't send the item even after the expected shipment date? tried messaging them, but no respond tho. wasted 1 week waiting. zzz

If I'm not mistaken will auto refund after the seller fails to key in shipping code past that date.
