May I know for return refund, the process is it to raise the refund request, have a picture taken on the item, let the seller or Shopee approve it then proceed to choose the return method and return it accordingly?

Do we have to print a return label? The agents for return dropoff are only SPX , Poslaju and Flash? J&T or others cannot?

Is it easier to arrange for the rider to come to your house instead?

raise return/refund before you click item received. it will ask you to enter reason and photo/video. then let the system approve/reject (good luck to you).

if approve, you will get a return label. go to the courier as stated in the label to drop the item. it's very guided.

never tried rider arrangement before. I don't think there is such option.

For drop off, wrap everything nicely, show the barcode at counter, they will scan and print the label and stick it on the parcel.

Pick up, I think you need to print the label yourself and just hand the parcel over to the rider.

Courier pickup is more convenient but less flexible since you don't know what time the courier is coming. Both dropoff and pickup don't need to print the return label yourself.

You will be able to select your preferred courier company for both options depending on availability as part of the request, which can be changed even after you submitted the request.

Shopee mentions clearly that the return label will be printed by the courier company for free but I had one experience at ParcelHub where they still insisted that I pay RM1 for printing the label. MBE & J&T never charged anything.

So J&T is a still a legit free return dropoff point is it? Because the latest FAQ on Shopee says free returns are available at SPX, Flash and PosLaju, other courier are subject to charges. So I wonder J&T consider free return or not.

I have also encountered the need to pay RM1 on one of the returns, but have been told that it is due to they need to use a new plastic bag since the old one is torn. If able to sealed back using just their shipping label, then it is not necessary. Not sure how true is this.
