If i returned the product, I wasted my effort and time. Seller will need to bear the lose, since it was opened packages, and possibly can't resell due to the damage.

Shopee Xpress is the most shittier courier ever. Barang can sampai today but they choose to deliver during weekends when people are not around. Delayed 3 days from the exact delivery date.
Can't complain coz falls under the delivery date window sad.gif

Worst courier I think. Typo there.

But nowadays mine delivered by Flash. That just dumped without informing me or send proof of delivery pics. Still better than getting opened parcels I guess.

and what blows is that the compensation coupon is pretty much useless as well

at least with lazada you get lazcash that you could stack with coins/coupons 😑

I would only buy from shoppee if that platform giving the most discount.
Only downside is the shopee xpress courier. U might just getting surprise in the end receiving the parcel.

Yes I test can apply both. Not sure any issue not during check out. Saw RM10 free delivery vouchers too.

It was so until they removed it recent years. And now I switched to Lazada coz able to stack vouchers. Guess competition is good as they tend to follow.
