Can confirm it's per day. Per day here is 24 hours from your last purchase btw. Also max you can claim per transaction seems to be RM30. Not sure when this was implemented though.

My eKYC already approved but seems like I missed this free RM10. Just found out from friend yesterday said she got RM10 end of December after paying bills in Shopee.

Anyone can't claim the coins after watching live nowadays? Happened to me since February. It showed failed to claim.

many people also kena(not me).
shopee side claimed they detected users using 3rd party software like automated clicker so banned those users.
while one affected user claimed she didn't install any automated software but just changed account in her phone then kena.
another one also claimed he didn't use but just updated shopee app then kena.
my guess is they're using two phones to do the 60mins of Live's Watch&Earn quest.

shopee side banning them from claiming Livestream's coins. I noticed many people also kena, don't know why.

I don't use any 3rd party software.
I will let it run for 20-30 minutes everyday when I watch news on TV. I do it manually. I have been doing this for years.

Maybe shopee found out that I had not bought anything from livestream.

I also hardly buy anything from Live.
if it is false error detection from shopee side like other maybe u can complaint at CS. but I doubt it can solve anything.

My colleague kena. I know her well, she is not tech savvy so I know she doesn't use bot. Dunno la how shopee detect.

My parcels also been opened but always by /k beloved courier,J&T. Happened couple times dy with large boxes (sometimes kena tebuk) while the small delivery bags type they resealed them back with J&T tape after opening them.

Be very careful when buying expensive items there. Same goes with snacks or biscuits/cookies. Saw bad reviews many complaints their parcels kena opened by courier staff. Purchased goods kena makan by their staff.
