Anyone buy through Shopback before? My orders don't seem to be captured. Anyone have it work for them?

Copy the link of product you wanna buy. Then paste and click right through it to open Shopee and complete your purchase.
You should be able to see smol notification on top part of your phone stating Shopback is now tracking your order.

Yes I did exactly that, I copied the product link to Shopback, and then clicked through from there and only then did I add the product to my cart. I have lodged a report, not sure if they'd look into it. But I followed the instructions to a T.

After you copy paste the link,did you see the amount of cashback you will get like this? This is the book I bought yesterday. But for some items I saw the cashback I'll get is around 0-2% only. Which means there's a chance it didn't have cashback. I'm not sure also.

Yes I saw the indicate cashback for the item (3%) and the cashback amount in MYR.

I don't enable notifications so I didn't see the tracking notification, I doubt that's an issue as I have gotten it at Lazada previously.

Hmmm as I recall it has always been this way. On rare occasions they will request for OTP, but usually not. The only type of order where you can provisionally place the order without paying is Shopee Pay, Shopee Pay Later, and 7-Eleven. Anyways, they've made cancellations rather easy, as long as it item hasn't been packed.

I order 2 x of an item.

Seller only shipped 1 x item using Shopee delivery, they shipped another item with a separate delivery outside of Shopee system.

Is that acceptable?

Wait for the other item/parcel outside Shopee system.

If everything is ok, complete the transaction, else, raise Shopee Return/Refund and attach unboxing video of parcel via Shopee...

Does the cancellation system works like Grab, like platform would penalize seller for failure to delivery?

A 2DDelivery item exceeded delivery window, and seller msg me to cancel since they need to pre-order but I refused since the item page mentioned 'ready stock'. Now I asked live chat agent and they say will auto cancel in a few days.
