Is shopee make offer option no longer available?

Hi Sifu, recently I can't use the high discount voucher, such as 95% voucher, RM30 voucher no min spend, even though I have meet the requirement. When I check out, popup message "this voucher cannot use for this check out".
But I can use the shopee live voucher, 10% cashback voucher. Does anybody face the same problem?

It is always available. Howeve, seller can choose to enable or disable this feature.

it means your account is cursed. Shopee say you used too much vouchers so start limiting your account.

At 12am sharp the vouchers will insta show "fully redeemed" for you, but if you see the voucher at another account that seldom buy things you will know the vouchers actually still there not even 50% used

another way to know whether your account is cursed is see your live vouchers value.. if you have 70% voucher then not cursed, if you have 50% and 30% vouchers then its cursed and cant use those really good vouchers ady like the 30-0 and 20-0 vouchers for 15th and 18th sale..

Why shopee do that? I not often buy also kena. Limited to household? I thought they encourage us to spend.

Fancy vouchers like RM30 or RM20 off voucher no min spend I gave up liao. Ain't no way in this life I'm gonna get to redeem them lol they're too limited impossible to rebut2 with many Shopee users.
Just use platform vouchers stack with shop voucher.

because many of us already kena marked cursed account instantly unable to use it.
so plenty of opportunity for those not yet cursed account to redeem it.

within thats 2 mins, you still able view and apply the voucher, just that unable proceed for payment. in fact it was fully redeem.

Yup. The moment you on check out page already came out "sorry this promo code has been fully redeemed" error.

My husband, my daughter and me stay in the same house using same address, same wifi.
Yes I used my phone to log in to the accounts to buy stuffs for myself using my account and for my husband under his account, who after browsing on his PC, put his things like tools into his cart, then rang me to help him to finish buying.
We do use a lot of vouchers as we are active shoppers. So vouchers are not for everyone's use meh? And this is abuse by Shopee's definition! Grrrr!!

Someone did asked shopee CS, replied that "1 family for 1 shopee account"

3 of us are at the same address. And yes I do use 2 accounts (me and husband's) on one phone.
If this is some sort of "block" or restriction, strange that the CS still asks me to do basic trouble-shooting.
Anyway, I have uninstalled the app and will log in again after 2 days and see what happens.

that's the reason for your error M02. Shitpee very strict regarding this. By right, 1 house = 1 voucher usage only. Yes that's damn unrealistic condition by shitpee. If you stay in rented house with housemates then all no need use shitpee dy la right, one house 4~5 fellas stay but only 1 person allowed to use vouchers

you need contact CS if the error still doesn't go away, most likely need to appeal/fill up form to get them to unblock your account from vc usage
