Shopee said they have identified me and my linked accounts (my husband's and daughters') have used the same vouchers for purchases, my account was suspended but was opened after I complained. Because of the "link", we are not allowed to utilise the coins back vouchers though shipping vouchers can, but not all of them.
I requested to "unlink" and "verify" each of us who are a family of 4 living at the same address. But Shopee kept on referring to its terms that voucher use is per user, per household.
Anyone has been in this situation before? What can I do?

My problem is that I can see FSV in my voucher list but can't use it. I think Shopee is pushing us to purchase the savings pass

I think my case started with me buying a Vitamin D3 using a shop discount voucher, then decided to get another one. So I asked my daughter to buy for me from the same shop, claimed the same shop voucher. And oops 2 of us were therefore linked, for about 2 weeks we couldn't use our shipping or coin vouchers. I wrote email after email and have my IC verified. In October they opened up the accounts. We now make sure we don't buy from the same shop or simply buy 2 in one go.

Go to "Me", look for "Shopee Savings Pass". The current offer is RM3 for 2 shipping vouchers of RM5 off, buy offer is untill 17/11 for use until 24/11.

Anyone has the SPayLater option but activation rejected?

I think it's for single order use only. Ask Help Centre. I bought this offer once when Shopee was giving out RM5 cashback for purchase at RM3 of 2 vouchers.
I don't know if anyone has noticed or has done it, some free shipping vouchers these days (read voucher T&C) can be used for up to 3 orders at one go. I have not done this yet.

Shopee has made people go nuts over the 11.11, 12.12, 1.1...campaigns!
I was happily collecting vouchers on every campaign pre-days but I could rarely use them. They live for no more than 10 seconds and are then all gone!

Already switched to Lazada !
My family's accounts are still linked which means we can use only use vouchers once among us. Basically we have only one Shopee user and the other 2 turn to Lazada liao

No wonder Shopee is not giving free flow of shipping voucher anymore...

The fact remains that Lazada's shipping is higher than Shopee. What I do nowadays is I take item cost + discounted shipping at Lazada and compare it to to item cost at Shopee + full shipping and see which one is cheaper, provided the item is listed in both sites.

For me I have got RM10 off for my Shopee buy.
I think it depends on the shipping program that the seller is in. There are some that give RM10 off for purchase above RM15, some free for purchase above RM15.

I'll study how the LZ voucher club works, appears to be complicated. Will head over to the Lazada forum.

I had the vouchers but not know that they are 1300 coins, 800 coins... So I was pleasantly surprised to see 1300 coins for 2 bottles of Teriyaki sauce totalling RM43.80. Mana tahu the next second it's fully redeemed!
But I was quick enough to apply the next voucher of 800 coins.
Don't know what happened to the other 2 88% vouchers, I thought I had 4 all together!

I was already thinking that the 1300 coin voucher is a gimmick by Shopee then I saw your post.

"Ok since then" means your 3 accounts are no longer linked? meaning you are back to 3 separate individuals and each of you can use same voucher ?
In my case, say if all 3 of us claim a free shipping voucher in our own account, when that voucher is used by any one of us, that voucher will no longer be available for use by the other 2.
