Same here, starting 14th of this month didn't get it, right after 13th didn't use it.
Today in live chat baru tahu orang lain ada saya takada.
Some user even said didn't get it for a week.

Kambing still don't have it since Kambing used it too much

Kambing almost everyday used RM15(RM20 b4) since 8th Aug until 12 Oct. Kambing never touchs RM10. Then at 14th Oct, RM10 and RM15 stopped coming, replaced with 30% capped at RM10.
And kambing just check again, finally today have two 70% capped at RM10.


Wow, now they limited the number of vouchers.
Live RM15 voucher at 12am sound tasty, can combo with shop's voucher.

S-Mart (supermart) only, Nestle(sell by shopee) still can use the voucher.

better go redeem 300 coins and get a RM5 off FSV

first come first serve. I tried many times around 1pm but too late on Dec last year. daily the first 10k persons or something.

many people also kena(not me).
shopee side claimed they detected users using 3rd party software like automated clicker so banned those users.
while one affected user claimed she didn't install any automated software but just changed account in her phone then kena.
another one also claimed he didn't use but just updated shopee app then kena.
my guess is they're using two phones to do the 60mins of Live's Watch&Earn quest.
which one applies to u?

shopee side banning them from claiming Livestream's coins. I noticed many people also kena, don't know why.

I also hardly buy anything from Live.
if it is false error detection from shopee side like other maybe u can complaint at CS. but I doubt it can solve anything.

maybe the free shipping voucher u chose was SEA free shipping. my default free shipping voucher always select it.

I think those got caught were those everyday completed the 1 hour 65c task in Watch & Earn.

either u didn't pick two vouchers at the same time or u app is too old needs an update. but latter is unlikely since myself still using 9/9/2024 version.
maybe u can try on web or other phone.

since I can't see the reason being lipot maybe mods dismissed it once.


but the next day still kena deleted.

so if someone lipot ur post, mods might delete it again since they can't access the link on destop's browser, will get 404 error without shipee app.
