Wth my order shows canceled by buyer and I was sure I didn't do it. The detail doesnt match any orders I've canceled on my own too but system shows end note as canceled by me

What happens if you ask for a refund for an item bought with voucher? Will you be reimbursed the amount covered by the voucher? The voucher is won through a contest.

can any sifu provide me any website link to lodge complaint to malaysia enforcement? i wanna complaint shopee. the seller sent me a shit totally different material, colour, quality product to me, yet shopee took 3 days then telling me "quality issue is not fall under return/refund policy"

Terrible experience on recent purchases, all from Shopee Mall, from product being cancelled after 10 days to stupid J&T shipping taking forever, items just sitting at one branch and nobody handles it

Yesterday i redeemed 3000 coins around 4PM.
Today 12AM I tried to buy stuff but cannot redeem coin anymore. Are the limit of 3000 coins redemption will be reset everyday? Or need to wait 24 hours? |

Anyone else have their purchases stuck at jnt bukit permai 611? Bought 2 different stuff from different sellers and both used jnt , ended up two of the orders not delivering at all and stuck at the hub for days.
