Damn j&t is really terrible, most of my stuff were crushed even seller packed with boxes. Some of my stuff were film wrapped by sellers but j&t managed to punch a few holes on the wrap as well as box and left it in rain, when i got the item whole box was soaked wet and the steel items inside were rusted. What the fak J&t? Previous years shopee only allocate poslaju for my city and all items were delivered in perfect condition, until recently shopee change all deliveries to j&t. None of it was seller fault so i still gave 5 stars to sellers, but is it possible to complain to shopee for their delivery partner terrible services?

Yes u will need to print the return airway bill once ur return has been approved. same as return for zalora, lazada or most of other e-commerce sites.

Yes file complaint and get your refund from Shopee instead Seller.. Shopee will investigate.

I feel you. Before this mine were sent by Poslaju all came in good condition but with J&T got weird wet patches the sticky tapes on the box almost came off,lucky no items inside missing. Saw other people saying their parcels kena punched holes too that's really awful.

You can file complain to Shopee CS don't forget to attach pictures of your parcels. Hopefully they will reconsider of dropping auto pick J&T courier for customers (fat chance they won't) but oh well.

I have some experience selling things on shopee before the default delivery option. I don't think shopee picks the courier, sellers are the ones. Not a lot of sellers have poslaju because it has different requirements to qualify for free shipping, need to be preferred+ and shopee takes bigger cut. J&T is popular now because they got drop point everywhere compare to poslaju.

Yes I know about the courier options.
But I cannot ask the sellers to turn off or disable J&T from the option tab like some sellers here suggested here. Many refused they said they can't change it during shocking sales and big sales etc2 I refused to pressure them anymore.

I have asked the shops I frequented all of them do have Poslaju enabled in the option as well but for my parcels the system always 100% will pick J&T courier. One seller suggested me to cancel my purchase and check out again until I got Poslaju. Nope. The new system picked J&T still.

If the system aren't rigged by Shopee,what other choice do I have?

If the seller asked u to keep trying, y dont u ask the seller to turn off the J&T n let u to place order n open back? unless all seller also cant turn off J&T due to the sales that tied to it..

This reason. I bought stuff during sales. Already asked 3 sellers all replied same thing they can't turn off or make changes on courier options during that time. One of them only has Poslaju and J&T enabled but system always picked J&T. It's never about probability or scoring favourite courier with 50% chance. At least it's not in my case.

Ya I believe those Shopee sellers chose to activate as many courier providers as they can, so that they can reach out to most areas in Malaysia, since not all couriers cover every single postcode in Malaysia.

Was chatting with one of the seller bout this, and they mention it is not sustainable for them to purposely turn on and off all their other courier providers every time there is an order, just to fulfill what a single customer wants their couriers to be. N if they were to do that, if they switch off the rest and only turn on J&T for 1 customer, then if by chance at the same time there is another customer wants to buy something but his / her area not covered by J&T, then they are unable to purchase it and the seller will lose sales transactions.

Clearly this is not Shopee sellers' fault, and we shouldn't force or blame them for not accepting your request to switch off other couriers just so we can get the courier of our choice. It is Shopee's fault for changing their system, so that they can slowly direct more business to their own courier Shopee Express, the same strategy that Lazada is using.

Sighs. I'm just following advice from other fellow sellers here telling me to ask my sellers to turn off J&T courier from the options. There's one person saying this in another Shopee thread.

Just chatted with Shopee CS yesterday about possiblity of choosing courier again she told me the same thing. "The new system picked J&T because your sellers enable it. Tell them to turn it off before you check out and system will pick Poslaju instead."

I'm not pointing any fingers on my sellers here. Just following what people told me. But they refused hence the curse on J&T service and the rigged Shopee system for auto picking it. Fair no?

My previous 2 weeks parcels already been refunded after missing or untraceable at J&T warehouse. I do believe both of the sellers already posted them but they can't blame me for filling the refund instead of waiting forever. This crap won't happen if only Shopee allowed me to choose Poslaju instead of J&T.

Btw I already switched to Lazada for fragile items like food and liquid stuff. No way in hell I'm gonna let them been sent by J&T again.

Shopee very idiotic. They will just push the blame to seller citing seller never pack properly. Even with boxes and hard card board not enough. They will say seller need to use hard foam box etc. They probably have cheap contract with JnT to earn more profit so now push to JnT mostly.

agree. more ridiculously as i shared before, food is considered as prohibited item however can buy at own risk. if anything happens, no protection.

try use amex shopee checkout, seems fail. the payment.
