I hate it when shopee is the one who trolled the Lazada's major issue on their shipping system last year but now it is their turn.

damn. managed to make payment using online banking (fpx gateway) but aftr done with m2u, clicked returning to fpx page, server error 500 something. zzzzz

now the item still 'to pay' status.

Biasa la, just want make things look good on the outside.

I think shopee is doing manual reconciliation.
My item 2am paid yesterday. Today called shopee at 10am,they updated my status to '' to ship'' an hour later.

Just wait a few hours and call their helpline.
If u hv proof the funds already deducted.. Is solid.

So my card is charges but shopee side no order and no payment at all.

If your server could not handle it.

looks like all platform count on "placed orders" basis, regardless paid or not, or any discount, just the gross amount and accrual basis

luckily payment gateway failed.... my impulsive buying subsided and I end up didnt buy anything

expect to be equally meriah.

many sellers like myself prefer to focus on 12.12 (i got more sales on 12.12 than 11.11 last year)
