Free shipping voucher can use only once a day even if I still have?
I want to buy some additional things, my cart more than 25RM but cannot apply the free shipping. 🤬 |

Payment went through waiting so long for processing got 500 error. checked with bank said that it has been charged at banks end and Shopee side just all items are in the cart just like nothing has been done. WTF

I've successfully downloaded the rm25 voucher and about to check out my stuff, within the 1 min to process the payment the voucher is gone, damn!

why shopee doesn't credit to us sometime? high amount like RM 800 above always hold by shopee for months to release to our wallet after stock received and confirmed and rated by customer. Small small amount direct credit on the spot. why ah? If shopee close shop, then all our money gone lo.. |
