Anyone know why after keyed in OTP, it said please check statement for status and the item disappeared? Meaning successful or not successful? Please help

I still have problem using my credit card as payment.

It kept asking me to check my account statement after it was been processed.
The items are still in my cart.

Payment gateway crashed.

Voucher gone.

They shud anticipate the surge in volume and increase the bandwidth to support the volume.

But no guarantee 2nd time u will succeed in making payment.

My voucher gone the 1st time while their payment gateways problem.
It comes back a while later.
I apply and pay 2nd time and now this 500 internal server error.
So they r gone for 2nd time..
Hopefully will come back once again..

But provided if it has nof been fully redeemed
On previous sale, even I secured the voucher, it will still show exceed limit
Not sure now it is still the same
Do report back if the payment system go back to normal

How to buy like that. I tried 2nd time also crash. If anybody manage to buy using CC pls let us know.
