Anyone use shopee to pay Air Selangor water bill? Paid yesterday but Air Selangor yet updated the payment status. Is it we have to click on "order received" in Shopee app?

Anyone able to get hold of Shopee customer service as of recently? I have tried their livechat but always giving "None of our agents are available and you're out of our active hours" or something like that, then I haven't been able to get them on phone either, I have been put on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up few times. My problem is that two of my parcels going to the same address has not been updated for more than 5 days.

Just wait for it and press "no receive" on the last guarantee day.

If the parcel doesn't reach, you can press "Request return/refund" and fill up the details before the guarantee period expire. I have experience parcel stucked in pos laju for 2 weeks. After submitting "Request return/refund", the shopee agent will follow up and help to settle it.

After you submitted Request For Return/Refund, how many days later did you get your item?

That depends on the courier...
After u submitted request, seller will surely dispute because they sent out already, Shopee will step-in to check and probably will cancel your request after 2 days, you will need to submit request again within 2 days and the cycle will continue until courier send to u, or if courier declare parcel lost.

Nope. Once is request for cancellation prior to ship out. One shipped out then cancellation button will no longer available.

Can why not? but cruel abit lah since seller/shopee need to handle it earlier.

i thought once shipped out and picked up, only have return/refund button. if u press and seller reject, then no more chance.

Seller reject (dispute is the correct term shown in Shopee) refund request will not auto cancel your request, if seller dispute then Shopee will decide but not before verify proof with both seller and buyer.

Want to ask with Shopee Express's redelivery experience because I wasn't at home to pick up my parcel last Friday and now whole week haven't come yet although I already requested for redelivery. Last day of Shopee Guarantee is 24th May(Extended from 18th May)

I got my parcel after 5 days then shopee cancel my return request.

For the voucher which entitle for shopee coins, is it it could be offset current purchase immediately?
