Hi guys, I have some return question. If we return back to seller because they sent wrong product, do we need to pay for the shipping fees? If it does, is it worth it to return a RM7 product?

But Shopee said "The buyer will need bear the return shipping fee when returning items to the seller."

i havent bought anything from shopee today.

Thanks I didn't know shope pay allow any amount.What I see only fix amount and previous promotion must top up RM100 only can get voucher.
The help website on shope pay also only show fix amount like ATM and never mention can topup any amount.
Did they change their t&c agian ?

It remind me , previously shope wallet doesn't allow to topup at all.

ALL IT, I bought a 2TB last week when they had the 15% cashback.

I bought from WD Official Store but it was supplied by Thundermatch. (collected 3000 coins)

Those should be fake. My friend bought 2. They don’t work. Just buy from reputable shops.

I still remember someone said shope going to expend their shope pay payment to other merchant like Tesco/lotus and other 7-11 store wallet.
This simple sales also cannot handle , don't even mention going to do nation wide wallet.

Nothing had improve for 3 years but improve on

- Force buyer to use shope pay for free shipping and voucher
- Only preferred can use voucher or deduct coins
- Seller must join free shipping program and 10% cashback for buyer to use voucher
- Increase fee and tax into Seller

This month
- Reduce monthly preferred free shipping to 1
- Cannot select shipping anymore starting 17th or 2 weeks

What else I miss ? Going to switch to laz better.Soon shope will go down the road where seller and buyer lose and lock all your shope pay $.
I suggest Seller to switch to laz , and for buyer to use up all your coins asap or before 2021 over
Maybe in future , Possible 2022
-No free shipping.
-Cash back voucher 5% max
-Seller fee increase 10%

Time to plan how to get use of laz again.
