Doubt so. CNY ppl wil have more money (angpau!), its a good time to mark up the price. The common trend every year is always 2-3 months after CNY then the price will start to drop.

One with keyboard one without keyboard... Specs wise they are quite the same... Don't think is that hard to decide. For me, i've tried PDAs without keyboard and with keyboards, keyboard seriously helps a lot if u fully utilize your pda. Unless your getting it for show.. Cruise should fit u well.

What do you mean by lag?
At startup : Yes a little bit
When moving: Not really wth the new patch by mapking.

yes, use mapking r12 which is pre-bundled (dun 4get to update the patch too)and install the penins mal map.
get the latest version from malsing.com.

if u buy from pda expert, tose bozos will insist u to install mapking 2007 bcos they can only find map for that version.
well, juz tell them to f*** off bcos mapking 2007 totally sucks and ruin ur gps xperience 4ever.

When you activated your mapking, did you register WMAL map or EMAL map? If you register WMAL or KLmap then you cant use EMAL maps.

Kaiser's keyboard totally sucks. Although it has the tactile feedback feeling, some of the key seems to be very non-responsive at certain times, and it works fine at other times. I end up using the stylus more often. Zinc's keyboard is better, but the PDA overall sucks.

And my HTC logo at the top right starts peeling off, the letter 'c' is now like 'r'.

And then, the driver issue. Urgh, HTC gotta do something about all these.

this is not complete solution!
u still need registration code based on region code.
u can only get this from mapking makers urslf.

as of now, only crack available is for mapking 2007.
hence those morons from pda expert always install mapking 2007 to naive customers.
thereby ruining their virgin gps experience for many.

actually, the unit looks even better without the logo.
and bt the video drivers, its a business tactic for SE Experia to sell.
fyi SE Experia is made by HTC.

Keyboard to me is hokay. Yes, i agree that certain times its non-responsive but mainly due to the pressure you press on it. Just press slightly harder to get the key you want.

I don't need the logo anyway, so no complains on the logo.

The Logo to me is no biggie too. But the keyboard is totally a turn off. Some keys need to be pressed harder compared to others. WTH with HTC...

Any recommendation (shop or promo) for better price?
