Effective 1 December 2020, please be informed that the operating hours of Maybank Card Centres are as follows:




Safeguarding the wellbeing of our customers and employees is our utmost priority. We will continue to observe all safety measures to enable you to conduct your transactions in a safe environment at our card centres. They include:

Mandatory body temperature screening and use of face mask for all patrons.
Registration via MySejahtera app upon entering the card centres.
Hand sanitiser is made available to all patrons in the card centres.
Physical distancing in all common spaces within the card centres.

Points awarded will be capped at 4 million per Cardmember throughout the campaign period.
Points will be awarded by 15 January 2021. If there is any dispute on the points awarded, Cardmembers are required to contact Maybank Customer Service at 1300 88 6688 by 31 January 2021 at the latest to request for an inquiry. No request for any inquiry shall be entertained after 31 January 2021.
Valid for all transaction on retail and online purchases transacted locally and internationally (ecommerce or on site).
Not applicable for transactions on government, insurance, utilities, EzyPay 0% instalment plan, Autopay, Touch and Go Auto Reload, EzyPay Plus, Cash Advance and Balance Transfer.
