I'm confused. Cashback is by first come first served or by random?

I don't remember what transaction I did but I saw my name in the 5% Cash Back on Dining & Retails - AMEX. So I guess is additional 5% for that transaction that win or overall for that month?

Maybank treat as WEEKEND spends based on Transaction Date, even the posting date is +2 days later.

my AMEX card 90% of the time read failed from the terminal.

Can these failed swipes be detected at the banks' side so that this reason is acceptable?

I checked my account and there for a free Rm50 credited to my account stating as MBB rewards. Anyone know what is this about?
