You mean when apply, you got two card, have to pay rm25 each as sst regardless whether you cut off visa card and remain amex later stage, as here alot mention they cut off the visa/master and remain the amex only.

Sorry I tried to reconfirm. Paying Astro and max is under bill payment can still qualified for 5% cb? I search back old thread which is back in May, no changes right?

Hi sifus. Need some opinion. I'm doing some housekeeping on my cc I own. I've been using m2c gold for 5 years now.  Cancelled few cards already from other banks. Just want to maintain with MBB.

Now, with m2c cards, I feel that I want to upgrade or change to other cards with only 1 card to carry instead of 2. Cos I feel a bit frustrated that many merchants don't accept Amex to fully utilise the CB.

Any opinion which card should I go with? Barcelona good? Or just try the Visa Signature?

This is my need:
1. Carry 1 card only
2. High credit limit (since I cancelled other banks card already)
3. Possibly don't want cards with AF

But sometimes I noticed entry level cards has much more benefits compared to higher end. Example, why would people want to go with MBB Visa Plat when the m2c is better without AF kan.. Rewards points are similar. So I wonder, is there any benefits that I'm not seeing.

Also, if I apply for other cards, how can I tell them I want higher limit cos I want to cancel the m2c gold. I don't want so many cards

How to know my card is contactless? Is it have the 3 curved lines symbol like Paywave then is contactless?
If yes, then during payment also tap on terminal like Paywave?
