If you haven't set up the favourite bill payee accounts, read my instruction at MAE thread (mid Oct - early Nov). Not the normal way to pay Maybank CC from Maybank CASA.

Create Favourite Bill payment at M2U (Classic M2U Web only, not the modern M2U web)
"Maybank Visa Card"- your M2 Visa / FCB VS.
"Maybank Amercian Express Credit Card" - your M2 Amex.
At M2U App, Bill payment RM30 to "Maybank Visa Card" or "Maybank American Express Credit Card"
Or MAE - Money Out - Pay Bills

Don't use Savings account to play! (Will be frozen if too many transactions)
Only Current account or MAE (annual limit till 31/12/19: RM50k) to make bill payment.

I still got RM0.97 once 3 days ago, though mostly RM0.19 / 0.29.
I purposely hit the bomb at the last second, I guess every bomb carries a good value (> Jewel).

Boost - No CB since 8/7/19.
("Indirect" CB from Jewel Rush - paying Amex outstanding balance since late July till 31/12/19)

No lar. Secure2u is safer than SMS. SMS-OTP is not encrypted and can be highjacked!

SST for card activation and annual renewal are different.
Card activation shall be charged once it is activated.

Your expiry date is 12/**, so SST is now charged on 1 Jan, previously 15 Dec.

If you agreed to apply and accept the dual cards, then you either keep or cancel the dual cards.

If you just want a Amex card, then get a stand-alone Amex instead. M2 Amex Gold is not a stand-alone product.

I still keep my M2 Visa Platinum and SST of RM25 is negligible as I really make use of the card. (Eg Jewel Rush in 2019)

M2 Amex Gold/Platinum:
All the transactions except Jompay, FPX, Government-related (MCC9***), utilities (MCC4900 only), e-wallets (Only Boost accept Amex since March 2019). Not limited to Online!

Eg: Shell, Petronas, Parkson, Aeon (Supermarket, Departmental, Wellness), Metrojaya, Isetan, Robinson's, Marks & Spencer, AeonBig, Giant, Tesco, Mydin, Guardian, Watson's, McDonalds, SenQ/Senheng, AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines, Etiqa (including Motortakaful), Telekom Malaysia, Agoda, Grab.

You can use FCB VS to top up TnG ewallet. Quick quick settle outstanding RM10. You should have more TnG ewallet accounts or use M2U to pay TNB in Dec to get 2x chance to play Jewel Rush.
