I was using Amex to manual pay every month until the previous government offer 10% rebate every month on the monthly payment. I think that is much better than Amex 5%?

Hi guys, currently plan to cancel one of my old Petronas gold card, but there is on going installment with lazada at that card, any idea what would happen if I cancel the card now? Can I transfer the installment to my platinum card?
