Called CS yesterday to change to contactless card.

Although CS told me current one will be unusable until I receive the new one, yet I'm still able to use it for online and in-store purchases.

Tried at Aeon Ipoh Station 18 and BHP.. both unable to wave using m2amex..  my guess is they haven't update/replace the card terminals..

All of the transactions reflected correctly in M2U. Thanks for the advice though.

I just booked and paid the Melbourne Sydney flight tickets under Tigerair Australia using my Amex.

Will it be captured under weekend cause am afraid if the  transaction or posting date is captured tomorrow on a Monday.

Previously i owned maybank2cards gold. Recently like 7 months back my card got cancelled due of inactive and outstanding amount of RM3,000. I have settled the amount. Now I am trying to apply back the card. My situation is i dont have a payslip, but i do have a current account with maybank that is active with 70-80k a month and ending balance of about 100k. Is it possible to apply?

How can I prevent my AMEX replacement card is not PAYWAVE enabled?

Ok so I finally got the chance to check, my 3 options of Minimum Payment, Statement Balance, and Outstanding Balance are RM 0.00, RM 75.86, and RM 0.00 respectively. I tried to pay off the 75.86 but kept getting error [Account not authorised/Amount exceeded outstanding balance. Reject code (0076)]. Its under my VISA card so i assume its not a cashback issue?

But what about the amount in my Statement Balance? Am I suppose to wait for it to be outstanding only can pay? Sorry i'm quite noob at this haha

amex contactless need request via call, card centre cannot issue amex contactless according to the cs.
anyway, got my card now , its exactly same number and cvv lol except extra 1 paywave logo.

Ur card is printed in the card centre? i was hoping to bypass the pos laju delivery part as 11.11 sales is ended and the delivery might be delayed for quite some time. So i ask the cs if the card centre can print the amex contactless card themselves.

Below is what the cs reply me
"Hi , good day & thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly be informed, at the moment customer may only proceed to request for the said replacement (AMEX contactless) via customer care hotline at 1300 88 6688 & the card will be delivered via courier (Pos Laju). Thank you."

oh ok noted thx thx. Learn a lesson , next time better go card centre during those delivery peak period 

any charges for replacement of AmEx contactless at The Gardens card centre?

Been out of the loop so long I didn't even realised that now you can cancel one of the cards for M2C 

So what cards do you guys move on to from there?

At the moment I'm still holding on to M2C (AMEX and Mastercard) and PB VS.

OR is it because we did not call cs to activate the paywave functions features although the card has paywave logo?
I remember some of the bank/card need call cs to activate paywave functions (like debit card), then able to payment by wave..

Does anyone know with the new RM25 Levy per credit card, M2U holders need pay twice for amex + visa or only once?

With this, mean if ur existing card expiry date is Jan, n u apply new card and activated in Nov, u will have to pay SST twice within 2 months.. upon activation & anniversary month. Really speechless with this
