can only cancel 1 card? keep Amex only?

Possible to cancel one card from the 2 caard package? I asked customer service, they said no. Must keep both card, and charge sst 25 each card plus supp.

I’ve been missing out lately, I read my statement and Maybank is charging 25 ringgit per card. Have you guys tried calling in and waive that crap?

Do you guys know for the maybank TGV RM10 ticket price. Is it only applicable if we purchase over the counter? What about through the self service machine ( like the one sunway has)?

Can the treat points in VISA/Master Card transfer to AMEX when terminate ?

hmmm 9%    thats was higher compare to Sen Heng's installment program which 24 month installment 0% Interest charge RM90 handling fee.

I saw in Lazada there is an installment option via Maybank CC 12 Month 0% Interest during make payment, this one will be foc rite ?

I saw they had replaced old device with the new device and then just try my luck to tap it, And *poof* device screen shown approved for the contactless transaction

Cancelled My M2 Visa on 27 Nov.... after 3 working days still listed on M2U.
I did request for removal during the same cancellation request.

How long do I have to wait ?

Just wait a week or so & it'll be gone.

My Visa also still shown in M2U after i called to cancel about a few weeks ago. However, only my Amex was charged the SST. Do i need to call CS to remove it from my M2U or just leave it there?

Hi guys, just received my 2 cards yesterday.

When I tried to activate via M2u, I couldnt see any of my cards listed in my account (I apply via online via m2u)
Instead I did via SMS activation and proceed to try link the cards with Grab and it works.

I try to check the activated cards statement via m2u this morning and still it says there is no cards registered, like there is no way to check my statement.
My question is does it take time for the statement to show on m2u or do I have to manually link my cards with m2u? Thanks
