Can we pay our digi bill using AMEX card? I tried to do in MyDigi app but it seems cannot..

Do we need to call CS to remove our card info from CCRIS after we cancel the card ?
I still found the card info in the CCRIS even i already cancel my card on September

None .. the new website make me cannot check my current treat point ..

Recently just activated my amex card.. Tried pump petrol at Petronas & Petron but both declined.. Can I know which petrol brand stain accept our Maybank amex card??

Guy got two question about the Maybank Amex card:-

1. Do Caltex station accept Amex? There is a sticker showing all card is acceptable at their glass door. But been declined today when using it at the payment machine attached to the nozzle. (or must pay it through counter)??

2. Let say bought something using Amex during weekend, but opt for the EPP later on. Will the purchase able to get 5% cash rebate and also points? Or only points is applicable but not the 5% cash rebate?

Just double confirm, even EPP is entitle for cash back and points as well?

Anyone got their January 2019 cashback for AMEX in M2U history already?

Installments are eligible for cashback? How does that work? Total installment amount will be after deduct cashback? Or every installment period can pay with cashback received?

opps, i nvr know fcbvs benefit is better than m2card.

I had called them and CS said he will submit the request to link it to my m2u account. He said no need to go to branch physically if you have your existing m2u. Btw, He said the linkage will be process in 6 working days!! I was like wow! Super duper long!

mine never. I call up cs. they did it for me. I don't have saving account, that's why need to separately link up. cs say if got saving, auto link up.
got so long meh. mine like 2 days I think. after I call up, around 2 days link my card. can see in m2u app

I notice one term and condition mentioned that treat point will not be granted for spending in government bodies with Maybank AMEX. Meant if I use my amex to pay majlis perbandaran cukai, will not hv treat point? Anyone can enlighten me? Tq
