the valve cover font should be DOHC bigger than vtec.. or VTEC bigger than dohc.. gen1 or gen2 b16a?

the VTEC bigger den the dohc means its a BIG VTEC..

Yes it should have the HM stamp. Experienced mechs can tell the difference between a small V and a big V. Its best u let an experienced mech check the engine. The valve cover is interchangeable. I can buy a Mugen valve cover but it still wont make mine a Mugen spec engine

moon, you can work at a car body shop man....great job with the bumper there

valve cover is interchangeable.... but nobody really bothers to change smallV cover to a bigV cover... unless it's a type-r cover

can easily check the head.... bigV head is P72, smallV should be PR3 ... its engraved somewhere on the side of the head

then check the intake manifold. smallV have PGM-FI tag on it.

swapped my smallV cams (auto cams) to bigV manual cams. felt significant power increase.
