2nd Pic is sharp. But really noisy. I think could be software reducing noise and defocusing the image after processing.

Maybe these building not far out and natural lights from above?
Unlike mine, these building are quite far and lights blocked by above balcony.

I will try walking outside and takes pictures

Exact numbers? ISO have 100 200 400 800 1600 3200
Shutter 1/1000s 1/500s 1/250s 1/125s 1/60s 1/30s 1/15s 1/8s 1/4s 1/2s 1s 2 4 8 16 32

iso set to 800

sine u have a tripod, so put ur shutter to 1/30s 1/15s 1/8s and see which brightness look just right

That's the best one from you but it's still quite noisy as someone else mentioned.

I really hope this phone can take better night shots that what you've shown us because the ones I saw from reviewers were very very good.
