Any ideas if these listings are real?

The price seems kinda on the low side. I always assumed semi-d here will be over 800k

These 2 are cluster SemiD, not the real semi D.. Usually semi D size are bigger, around 40x80, and its kitchen area is disconnected from the rear unit..

Should be real, but the price is still on the lower side. S&P price is higher than that if i am not mistaken.

Anyway, its just 32x60, not the standard semi D which is normally around 40x80.

Don’t keep high hopes on Listing websites. Most of them use fake pics and prices.

Yeah, good point, the x60 may put a lot of ppl off as well, in JB this size known as Cluster house, not Semi-D

as i aware that the clubhouse membership is not transferrable..
even family member also cannot ...
only the registered owner can be allowed to go in..
