to me, Serene heights is more nearer to putra mahkota toll or Lekas ecohill toll.

so far i can see Frossa in Ecohill 2 is more well plan compared to SH.
even though SH is more nearer to toll, but nearby there is no Commercial area and u need to travel to bangi avenue or come to semenyih town.

I heard the first phase of flexible layout Semi-D in Setia Ecohill 2 was recently open for registration. They named it Farina. And I believe it is located beside the South Creek Park behind the existing Frossa site.

it should be the same look but with flexible layout. Can't wait to check more info from the website after launched.

Love the price. From the siteplan Masjid/surau/sekolah agama/petrol station right in front. Back is HTC.

Just wondering...what are the amenities plan for eohill 2?.
For example who has bought the petrol station land?.
I heard rumours an education institution bought land north of the precinct close to Eco Majestic ...Any insight will be good.
Trying to envision what this place can become...in the future..
Been couple of time there and I must say...I like the environment.

When referring to built up ofcoz it's not including car park larr.. Land size you can easily by just Google lol

I visited that area around last week, currently, the area in blue is currently ongoing land clearing and cutting for upcoming development. The area in red will be cleared also in the future from what I heard.

I see, thanks for the clarification.

Mean the "actual" built up of the house without include car park could be quite small, maybe 1.2k sqf. Buyer maybe need to do a lot of extension work since the land side is 20 x 65.

Anyway this is just my personal opinion. The price is still look attractive compare to others.

True, is it the same for majestik? But my last visit, size looks okag, not that small.. Some SEH houses could be bigger if pick the same price range cluster house
