I heard the first phase of flexible layout Semi-D in Setia Ecohill 2 was recently open for registration. They named it Farina. And I believe it is located beside the South Creek Park behind the existing Frossa site.

 I visited that area around last week, currently, the area in blue is currently ongoing land clearing and cutting for upcoming development. The area in red will be cleared also in the future from what I heard. |
