Meaning with discount, it’s around 470k for 20 x 75? This is very very good price. Even cheaper than amarus which is 20 x 65.

Yes, the type B is essentially the same house as type A with extra 10' backyard. I believe I saw someone else mention Setia launched the first phase of Aronia directly in front of mosque/petrol station/main road from the Master Plan:

Yours is first phase?

There will be long way to go before they build a mosque or petrol station there. And if not mistaken, its not even confirmed yet, as its just a plan.

Yes first phase, when I bought around Novemeber, the only units launched were the first four rows of houses (only up to Jalan K). The rest below haven’t been launched yet.

I just got a unit in SEH2 - Amarus which was let go by cash buyer from the developer.

If I can know, is there any Amarus owners here?...

I bought the unit....My unit number is 26. I have signed the SPA, pending for Loan agreement signing.
I got the unit for 475k after 5% disc, I had to pay balance 5% cash. What was the initial launching price?...

Hope it was a good deal!
