What documents are needed when collecting? And normally what will happen during key collection? Just pass the key to u, and thats all?

Hi, im elmera owner, any whatsapp group? done defect checked yesterday, all good except alot of minor surface crack that they will fix it. During checking they will test every power point, water and alarm.

I have checked my units myself. There were soo many hollow tiles both inside and outside the house! I already marked it on my own and going to report it during my joint inspection with the developer.Looking at this condition, i have decided to hire a 3rd party home defect inspection team to inspect overall everything about the house. For peace of mind, i feel its necessary.

how much does it cost to hire them inspection team?
