yea... thats some of the arguments here also... stay near city mainly because u pay lesser toll.... so the roads are all super jammed up... compare to u travel from outskirt... but need top pay toll.. which u have more smoother path towards KL... when i stay in old cheras... go to PJ work during peak hour also more than 45 mins for less than 20km distance...

Agree, wait EKVE n SUKE open, from SEH 2 to KLCC approximately 40mins. But have to pay,pay n pay.

When will it be ready? Any toll directly in semenyih town? Or have to travel to kajang?

EKVE completion likely end 2019, SUKE likely end 2020. SEH 2 > lekas > silk > Ekve > Suke > AKLEH > KLCC.

Icic.. Seems like too many toll..

They should think of some ways to reduce the toll if semenyih is to boom

SEH 2 > lekas (RM 1.30) > silk (No toll) > Ekve (Pending on rate) > Suke (Pending on rate, if dun like toll, can take Jalan Ampang instead) > AKLEH (RM 2.50) > KLCC

I wanted to get a new landed and cant afford those pricey in KL area, so have to look ou further.. Maybe semenyih, kajang or setia alam, puncak alam... Now even sungai buloh also very pricey ady

can consider SEH 2. Landed property below 500k, as usual now don’t buy later will be out of reach when this place has establish with highway connection, commercial area growing.
