Rented a place behind petrol station before- major no no! First and worst pollution = noise! Worst at night time when all the motorbikers warming up their engine for a race or what not. Super loud and usually out of sudden and give u heart attack in the middle of the night. The noise pollution is throughout the day with lorries in early morning and evening.

Then is the air pollution. The pollution is not from the petrol so much but the fume from exhaust pipe! Car and motorbikes!

Any review on Amarus 1 or Amarus 2??? Price seems cheap, but transportation how yaa??

If based on the original land title, both SEH 2 and and EcoMajestic are under mukim Beranang, not Semenyih.. After the land title changed to residential title, then you know lah.. brows.gif brows.gif

By the way, EcoForest original land title also in mukim Beranang too..

Welcome to petrol station, major risk include:

1- Carcinogenic petrol fumes ( esp when petrol tankrr delivering)

2) as stated, noise pollution

3) fire risk

Most concern is the fume

Land title of Eco Majestic in Semenyih now? hmm.gif hmm.gif But in MPKJ assessment, TNB and water bills, all stated in Semenyih already..

Too lengthy, and some not related comments also... Got summary oo?? Anyone bought it for own stay but work in KLCC area??

if u can tahan normal peak 1 hour to KLCC and special case peak like accident or raining... 1.30 to 2 hours of travel... by all means buy one for own stay... lol... the time travel should be enough of a review for you....

normal peak 1 hour is really good.. i did not expect this at all..

i thought it will be very faraway from kl center

depends on what time u depart also geh... 1 hour is minimum timing for peak since u able to take the contra lane and skip all the jam until tsun jin high skul there.... haha...

One hour is normal travelling time.. Unless one stay very near to city center, else come out from city center also 30 minutes already..

Summary is don't buy Semenyih property if you can't drive more than 1 hour in daily basis. laugh.gif laugh.gif

the nearer actually the worse... haha... from sultan ismail sheraton to pavillion already need 30 mins during peak... for less than 5km difference.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

You are fortunate already... I got one time stuck 30 minutes from stadium merdeka to Parkroyal KL, about 3km only.. sweat.gif sweat.gif

Or you don't work nearby semenyih , do buy if you are bosses who looking to hv relax life or wanna expand your warehouse nearby. Good investment coz your kids education is basically catered for here with international school and Nottingham uni. and factory land or warehouse is so much cheaper this side. Logistically is better too compare to SG Buloh.
