Honestly bro, the double storey design for interior is abit small.... compare to forest 20 65 looks big especially the first floor... I’m waiting for new phase release but obviously the cost will be much expensive compare to current phase ...

Own stay.. forest price is ok got h2o program ma 0 interest. Artisan only 21xx monthly excluded h2o monthly, means after five year .
But forest got htc.... need visit again to confirm how far it is.

Yep more on eye sore if artisan , trying to avoid as far as I can if choose forest.
H2o still got just the discount not that high.
If not mistaken is 8% on h2o now only 4%

Separate from rebate 5% ya

But this h2o now is 0 interest ma sure jimat abit. But ef is abit pricey compare to surrounding.

The 4% actually is inside h2o, u borrow 100 u pay 96 lo.
Previously was 13%

If u full loan 90% rebate 7%

It seems that you overlook a point. For the first 5 years you are repaying back ur loan on top of the bank loan.

In the third year upon VP ur almost paying 4k+ a month.
(Bank loan + ew loan)
