i've 4 dogs atm,and sometimes they can be quite noisy.
none of them have a license atm..

1 medium size(husky),3 toy dogs.(ckcs,2 Pomeranians),soon 1 more ckcs will arrive..

if my neighbours complain,can mbpj come and forcefully take my dogs away?

they remain in my house at all times(unless going for walks,in which i accompany them) so can the council people force their way into my house and take my dogs away?

how about if i have a license?
it's my understanding that only 2 dogs are allowed per household(or something like that) and so i cant buy license for all of my dogs.if i have 2 licenses for 2 dogs,can the others be taken away?

Corner lot house allows 4 dogs. In between, only 2 dogs. From what i see, they never check their database or cross reference how many dogs you have atm. Just try and apply at diff time. Dont la go and apply 4 at the same time.

About coming into the house and do whatever they want, by law, they must have warrant to enter and search your house. But as usual, with this kinda country, they can do whtever they want

as I know you will be fined....

and what u mean husky is medium size? I believe they are large breeds....

why u having so many dogs at the first place?

so, we're only restricted to having 2 dogs at a time??? Kenot have more than a dog at home ?? What kinda law is this!!! LAME!

Whether the dogs has license or not, as long as it interrupts the sorrounding peace (noisy, poo everywhere) then neighbours can complaint and officials can do something about it....

Btw i heard last time they shoot the dogs inside the house compound.....

even when 1 dog barks also can be so noisy let alone 2 dogs... and if more than 2 dogs bark together then it can be 'disaster' lor... juz imagine what is ur neighbour feel la when the dogs make noise especially to those who live in terrace houses... unless u have big compound surrounding ur house then maybe the 'sound effect' wont be that much la... so need to think of surrounding people also la... we live in community right...? and one more thing... most law are made for reasons... juz my 2-cent...

not really sure about the warrant but if ur caught red handed breaking the rules... then action can be taken according to the law...

Register 2 at your house and the others use relatives house address...

Then use the execuse that they're boarding with you while your relatives are overseas

i never borther to apply for license...as most of the time my toy breed dog will be in the hse~and in my opnion i think the restriction is good in a way that pet lovers can reallyyy pay attention to their pets and also lessen chances ppl breeding huge amount dogs for profit gain but again who is the rite to judge how many dogs when some cant even pay attention to only 1 pet wherelse show owners have few dogs at their home and take good care of them...

That rule is vague at best and I should be allowed to keep as many pets as I can responsibly take care!

Some houses although rumah teres has a huge corner garden so I should be allowed to have more than a teres house with smaller corner gardens!

If I can't keep 4 dogs then some men should not have 4 wives.

why must u compare animals and human...? mind to elaborate about that '4 wives'... sounds like u bringing some issue here... i'm warning u not to play with religious issue here ok... if u are unable to use ur brain wisely enough, don't bother to share the rubbish inside... get it...?
