1. Call them and ask if you cancel one of them, do you have to pay SST?

2. Ask yourself, what was the reason you applied for both? Was it for the trolley bag or shoppee voucher? If you're after one of those, the requirement was to apply 1 VISA and 1 Master, and you have to spend $150 on each card, totalling $300 to get the gifts. If you're willing to forgo the gifts, then you can cancel one.

3. If you already got the cards some time ago and only due for renewal, then yes you can cancel one.

For normal cash rebate, it depends on your statement date.

Like mine is 21st of the month, it will reflect on the last day which is 21st.

e.g.
week1 sms registration, hence tracking will be from week1 until final week.
week6 sms registration, tracking will be from week6 until final week. spending in week1-5 will not be eligible.

The SMS doesn't overwrite right? For eg, I reg for Quantum for week 1 then I reg for VS for week 2, I can still swipe my Quantum in week 3 without registering again to be eligible right?

If you feel not comfortable, perform another top up, it cost you RM0.12 only for the 9th top up to secure CB RM50 (instead of RM25)
