on Aug..ST was charged on bith card..
by right is not charged... correct? coz SST effective in Sept...

based on current understanding, yes

why not you ask CS and ask if the charging is erroneous?

if no error, ask them to clarify how does the charging actually works. rclxub.gif

the requirement to waive pbb cards is quite easy, hardly call CS for this matter.

AF yes.
CST hardly because need to pay government.
Of course, you can also threaten the bank by cancelling the card and hope that they offer a retention offer.
CIMB and UOB are famous of doing retention offer; not sure for PBB.

Tis morning I reload Bigpay RM 480 & showing RM 481 under authorized charges.

Purchased RM 118.60 from Shopee showing RM 119.60 under authorized charges.

Wonder why there is RM 1 extra?

Don't worry, RM1 credit will be held for a few days and automatically released, not going to unbilled transaction.
