QUOTE(anfieldude @ Aug 17 2018, 09:22 AM) @soonwai, I tested the Innatech RGX4400H LAN to LAN speeds via iperf last night. MacBook Air 13 via thunderbolt to gigabit adapter to Alienware 15 LAN port ( via additional 2 gigabit TPLink switches as they were physically 2 locations - possibly about 70-80m of Cat5e cabling between the 2 computers or more) and I can confirm that the average speeds were ~ 720Mbits/s. Max speeds were close to 800Mbps. So it's definitely gigabit LAN ports. I will post this also in ur other RGX 4400H thread in case the question comes up. What about the WiFi speed of this router? Edit: Nevermind. I found the WiFi speed. It can connect to 780Mbps. Look like this router can support turbo-ed speed up to 500Mbps. This post has been edited by cucubud: Aug 17 2018, 10:11 AM

QUOTE(KaizokuLuffy @ Aug 17 2018, 09:22 AM) any recommendation for stable router ? currently using that " tabung look" DIR 850L for 30MBps and awaiting 300mbps turbo-ed. Was thinking picking up any around RM400-RM600 routers. How about ASUS RT-AC58U AC1300 performance ? Mine also use tabung and didn’t get turboed yet. I’m pretty sure asus that u mentioned is a good router.

The tabung specs stated that it can support up to 300 Mbps (2.4GHz) + 867 Mbps (5.0GHz). I'm also using the tabung and waiting for my 500Mbps turbo upgrade which I'm not sure if tabung can support the speed. Maybe it will explode so I can get a new one.

Right now i saw ASUS is one of the famous brand use by many uinfi users. but quite expensive actually. QUOTE(Prissy Elf @ Aug 17 2018, 10:03 AM) But honest speaking this model wifi is not so stable sometime. And i hate this model because it force ppl use @unifi behind the wifi SSID name. Haha,

Haha, For 2.4Ghz SSID, you use @Maxis then become @Maxis@Unifi For 5Ghz SSID, you use @Time then become @Time@Unifi

Haha, I think all the router provided by TM need to use @unifi. Received TP Link Archer also the same thing. Tried to set it without @unifi and it won't work. Meh..

I actually helped my partner to setup the router as I'm currently using Asus ac1200g+ which is better than the one given by TM.
